Don’t Take It For Granted

Wisdom from out Australia way.

A Momma's View

Today was a good reminder that we can never take what we have for granted. While our girls were playing a fantastic soccer game a boy lost his dad. When the family left their home this morning to go watch their boy play soccer they probably had heaps of plans for the rest of the day. Maybe their plan was as simple as coming back home and enjoying a lazy afternoon. Things will never be the same for them anymore.

We often leave our homes, not even considering that we might not return. As a young-ish person you don’t consider yourself at risk for a heart attack. And yet, it can happen to all of us at any time and our of the blue.

Hug your loved ones, settle the argument. Now. Not later.
