Book giveaways are an excellent way for an indie author to get his or her name before the reading public. I have participated in the Goodreads giveaway program three times, with good results, and my fourth such giveaway will be closing on March 20th.
There are no entry requirements and there is still time to get on the list for this one. If you are interested or merely curious, click on the link and take a look.

If you don’t feel lucky or just can’t wait (LOL) the book is available on Amazon, as well as Barnes & Noble, and from the publisher, lulu.com

Full disclosure: There are lots of other books, written by many great authors, being given away at Goodreads. Check it out.
Happy reading.
This is something that I will probably explore as well as soon as I get my work published, but from the end of someone who has been doing so for a while, how worthwhile is it in the long run commercially?
Let me use the opportunity to invite you to the Bloggers brunch that I am hosting over the weekend Saturday – Sunday. I believe it will be fun to mingle with others. The invitation is titled, It’s Brunch Party Time. I will send one out again tomorrow. My regards.
Goodreads doesn’t sell books so there are no separate records kept but each of my giveaways has attracted nearly 500 entrants, a number that is actually low when compared to known authors.
