    Sorry. I don’t have the answer. This post was written on Jason’s site “A Good Blog Is hard To Find.” as part of his book promotion. It does not show on my regular site so I can only do what you did, with the same results. The link to him is at the top of this page and you might have to go there to get a good answer.
